How to place an order?

1.   Find your product by using the Shop Online page
2.   Choose your favorite product and enter the required number of products.
3.   Place the product in the shopping cart by clicking the button "add to cart”.
4.   If you want to continue shopping select "continue shopping" if you want to finalize the order choose "go to shopping cart."
5.   You will get a list of selected products. Check this and if it is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout".
6.   Choose to register as new customer or login with your existing account.
7.   Enter your information for the delivery of the product(s). Then click on "Continue".
8.   Here you can see the relevant shipping costs for your destination.
9.   Choose the desired payment method. Then click on "Continue".
10. Check your order. Accept the terms and conditions to continue. Tick the box and click on "place order".

 

Delivery of a Melli Mello product:
Items ordered before 16:00 on working days, will be delivered in 1-3 days depending on the destination and our stock. Once an order is shipped you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

How can I pay?

iDEAL
iDEAL is a standardized payment method for making secure online payments directly between bank accounts. This iDEAL allows you to shop online while being at ease that you can pay through a trustworthy system.

VISA
A visa payment is a creditcard payment. The last step for payment is to use the VISA cardnumber, the expiration date and the 3 digits on the other side of your code (CVC code). After you have entered the required information, the fraud-detection system will check your payment.

Giropay
This payment method is commonly used in Germany it is comparable with the Dutch iDEAL. The customer first chooses the bank and secondly fills in the required information. After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation from the bank.

SOFORT Banking
Sofort Banking is a popular payment method for consumers in the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerand, Spain, Italy, France and Poland. This system enables online payments to the merchant directly from a consmers bank.

Maestro
Maestro is a payment method for the UK, Spain, France, Austria and Belgium. The consumers are able to pay in a fast and easy way, with their international bankcard with the Maestro-logo and pincode.

Mastercard
Paying with a mastercard is a safe and easy form of payment in a webshop. The system requires the following information: creditcardnumber, CVC code and the expiration date.

Mister Cash
For consumer from Belgium, we have the belgium version of iDEAL which is called Mister Cash. This system works the same as iDEAL.

Returns and Exchange of a Melli Mello product:
Returning items is possible within seven days from the next day after receipt of the item(s). You must notify us via email. In case of an exchange please include to which item you want to exchange and which item you want in its place. Our email address is: info@mellimello.com

The items to be returned or exchange must be unused and have all accessories and - if reasonably possible - to be returned in the original condition and packaging to the below address. When returning items you must always add the form Returns & Exchanges. You can download this form here. In case of an exchange any price differences will be settled with you.

The cost of the return shipment are borne by you, the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. The total amount (excluding delivery costs) will be transferred to your account within 30 days. The period starts from the day you return the items.
