American pancakes | Mouth-watering recipe

Do you have no idea what to put on the table for Easter breakfast? Then we have a delicious recipe for you! When you put these pancakes on the table, everyone will spontaneously get a smile on their face.

Ingredients (for approx. 12 pieces)

  • 200 gr self-rising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 175 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons white caster sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • butter (for baking int)
  • strawberries
  • blueberries

Equipment

  • Whisk or mixer
  • Bowl
  • Baking pan

Step 1
Place the self-rising flour in a bowl and add the sugar and a pinch of salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and milk. Mix everything with the whisk or mixer.

Step 2
Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes

Step 3
Heat a little butter in the frying pan (don't use too much). Place small heaps in the pan and spread them out into rounds of about 10 cm. Bake the bottom until golden brown for 2 to 3 minutes. When small bubbles appear in the pancakes, you can turn them over and fry the other side until golden brown as well.

Step 4
Stack the American pancakes on a plate and place the blueberries and strawberries on the pancakes.

Step 5
Enjoy your meal!
